Due to me checking in late (after midnight), and the hotel being full on the day, I was allocated a wheelchair-compatible room, which is not great, as the bathroom floor tends to be wet all over after a shower (due to the lack of a shower cubicle). Having prepaid my room, though, surely I should have been reserved a "normal" room, even if checking in late, in line with my preferences, and the people on flexible tariffs should be given those rooms ? Also: I had booked a double room, but was given a twin.

The ventillation system has to be stronger as there is a modern style glass-walled shower in the room, and damp air remained after shower for quite long.

The description on the booking site does not match what we had . The executive junoir suites looked straight at an office building. They were descriped as having a great view of the city. The fitness room was very small and poorly equiped. That was not as it was descriped on the sit.

The ambience of the hotel is good, the rooms are spacious and particularly the double bed size is amazing.

I felt the hotel policies are to extract more money out of you,for example if breakfast is not included in the room price ,they would charge 22 euro per person if you want to have it there. The staff at there spanish restaurant are too greedy, I had once dinner there and my total amount of the bill was 11.50 euros and I gave the note of 20 euros , he dint give me my balance back, finally I had to ask for my money and he was surprised, he kept it as a tip.I took 5 euros back.( Now I would like to know how much percentage of tip has to be paid of your total bill?????)

Clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds. Quiet location for a city. Very modern decor. Tea and coffee making facilities provided in room.

Some of the fittings in the room, although modern, seemed of poor quality. For example, both the toilet door and the wardrobe door didn't close properly. One of the panels inside the wardrobe was distorted. Overnight accommodation without breakfast is expensive. Breakfast is overpriced at 22 euros but there are cheaper cafes nearby.

Funky room design, very stylish. Quiet location while still close to rail / shopping. Wireless included in price.

In central Hamburg, the proximity to the lake. The room design was amazing.

this hotel is located just 10min away from main trains station and very close to the lake (alster lake). We enjoyed walking lake-side every morning. The staffs were well educated and knew what they have to do for their customers. I had a trouble for the bathroom door and they arranged other room for moving. My wife is very sensitive for the cleanesss, but she was really happy for this hotel. This hotel is really too clean and comfortable. Main shopping area is just 10min away by walk. Thou it was ranked as 4 star hotel, I can say this is worth enough for 5star hotel. If anyone looks for convenient/clean/comfortable hotel, I strongly recommend this hotel. I stays at more than 8 hotels this time, this is the best one for facility/service/convinience etc.
